if condom can be reused if washed properly?

Please don’t reuse it -Condoms should be used only once.  There is no way to kill HIV in a condom and reusing a condom increases chances of the condom breaking. which is non-healthy for both partner. and condom’s price is not so higher, which is affordable to most consumer, so no need to reuse of it, we don’t need to take the risk.
