Women’s attitudes to the use of condoms have changed alarmingly
According to a new study, women’s attitudes towards using a condom are loose, writes Metro UK.
Especially during menstruation women are suffocating to use condom. Clue and Kinsey Institute’s survey was attended by 95,000 people around the world.
The study found that the use of condom decreased by 15% during menstruation. Thirty percent of women who did not use condoms during menstruation said that they were not worried about getting pregnant because they trusted the menstrual cycle as a contraceptive method.
31 percent of them were also not worried about sexually transmitted diseases.
The results are worrying, as getting pregnant is likely to occur during menstruation. In addition, menstruation increases the risk of some sexually transmitted infections.
For example, the risk of HIV transmission in the blood is greater during menstruation.
– People need to be informed about the importance of the use of condom for the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases. This is especially true if the menstruating party is HIV-positive, researchers resemble
